MyMig käyttöehdot

Lue nämä käyttöehdot huolellisesti ennen MyMig-sovelluksen käyttöä. Käyttämällä sovellusta hyväksyt nämä ehdot. Jos et hyväksy ehtoja, sinun on lopetettava sovelluksen käyttö välittömästi.

1. Käyttöoikeus
MyMig myöntää sinulle rajoitetun, ei-yksinomaisen käyttöoikeuden käyttää sovellusta henkilökohtaisiin ja ei-kaupallisiin tarkoituksiin noudattaen näitä käyttöehtoja.

2. Käyttäjän vastuut
Sitoudut olemaan käyttämättä sovellusta laittomiin tai näiden ehtojen vastaisiin tarkoituksiin. Sitoudut olemaan rikkomatta sovellettavia lakeja ja määräyksiä sovelluksen käytön yhteydessä. Lisäksi olet yksin vastuussa kaikista sovellukseen syöttämistäsi tiedoista. MyMig ei ole vastuussa virheellisesti täytetyistä tiedoista tai niiden seurauksista.

3. Immateriaalioikeudet
MyMig ja sen sisältämä materiaali (mukaan lukien kaikki ohjelmistot, teksti, kuvat ja muut sisällöt) ovat suojattuja tekijänoikeuslain ja muiden immateriaalioikeuksien suojaamia. MyMig omistaa kaikki oikeudet sovellukseen ja sen sisältöön. Kehittäjä ei vastaa tietojen menettämisestä millään tavalla.

4. Muutokset
Pidätämme oikeuden tehdä muutoksia sovellukseen, sen sisältöön tai näihin käyttöehtoihin milloin tahansa ilman ennakkoilmoitusta. Jatkamalla sovelluksen käyttöä muutosten jälkeen hyväksyt muutetut ehdot. Tietojen käsittelystä voi lukea tarkemmin erillisestä tietosuojaselosteesta.

5. Vastuunrajoitus
MyMig tarjotaan ”sellaisena kuin se on” -periaatteella ilman minkäänlaisia takuita. Emme takaa sovelluksen keskeytymätöntä tai virheetöntä toimintaa. Emme ole vastuussa mistään välillisistä, erityisistä tai seuraamuksellisista vahingoista, jotka johtuvat sovelluksen käytöstä tai käyttökyvyttömyydestä. Erityisesti MyMig ei ota vastuuta käyttäjän virheellisesti täytetyistä tiedoista tai niiden seurauksista.

6. Sovellettava laki
Näitä käyttöehtoja hallitsee Suomen lainsäädäntö, ja mahdolliset riidat ratkaistaan Suomen toimivaltaisissa tuomioistuimissa.

7. OpenAI:n käyttöehdot
MyMig-sovellus käyttää käyttäjän vapaaehtoisella suostumuksella OpenAI:n tarjoamia palveluja tai teknologioita, sitoudut noudattamaan myös OpenAI:n yleisiä käyttöehtoja. Käyttäessäsi sovellusta hyväksyt, että OpenAI voi kerätä ja käyttää tietojasi omien ehtojensa mukaisesti. MyMig - terms of use

Please read these terms of use carefully before using the MyMig application. By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you must stop using the application immediately.

1. License
MyMig grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms of use.

2. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms. You also agree not to violate any applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the application. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for all the data you enter into the application. MyMig is not responsible for incorrectly entered data or its consequences.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
MyMig and its content (including all software, text, images, and other materials) are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property rights. MyMig owns all rights to the application and its content. The developer is not responsible for any data loss in any way.

4. Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the application, its content, or these terms of use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the application after any changes, you accept the revised terms. You can read more about data processing in the separate privacy policy.

5. Limitation of Liability
MyMig is provided on an ”as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application. In particular, MyMig is not responsible for any incorrectly entered data by the user or the consequences of such errors.

6. Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by Finnish law, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Finland.

7. OpenAI Terms of Use
The MyMig application uses services or technologies provided by OpenAI with the user’s voluntary consent, and you agree to comply with OpenAI’s general terms of use. By using the application, you acknowledge that OpenAI may collect and use your data in accordance with its terms.
